I have encountered an issue with the PlugSMS app on my old Samsung S9+. After installing the app, I configured the power management settings to ensure that the app is not put to sleep. Additionally, I locked the app to prevent it from being closed.
However, I am experiencing a problem where the screen needs to remain on for SMS messages to be sent. When the screen is on, SMS messages are sent without any issues. As soon as I turn off the screen, no SMS messages are sent.
Could you please let me know if there is a way to resolve this issue? Does the screen really need to be on for the app to function properly? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
